Fun tropical dress with elastic empire waist and strappy low back! Wore this a handful of times this summer. ☀️ definitely low cut in the front and back-- not for the faint of heart! Has a few tiny dots where I safety pinned the dress so it would be less revealing (see third pic). Made in LA! ✌️
