Naruto Waist snatcher or belt.

This is a Naruto black belt that can sintch your waist and is made of leather and a bit of seems to be cotton lace around the hems of the belt. This belt also has metal rings to interlace the string through around the back, photos provided. The naruto logo is a shiny plastic plate. The quality is unworn and i only tired it on one time to see if it fit when i got it as a gift, was too small and did not have the tags. So it is basically unused.
