Naruto Jonin Elite Ninja Puffer Vest

Flak Jacket based on the one worn by Kakashi and others in the hit series Naruto! Only worn once and I actually added a pocket on the inside to carry wallet/keys or anything else while I'm out and about. I would say it's comfortable for a mens small or medium.
