I'm glad you are better. I'm 7 weeks post total knee replacement. I still have a ways to go. Getting leg strong due to muscle atrophy, trying to regain my balance. But every day a better day than the one before.

@toydior I was wondering about your surgery and so glad you are doing better. ❤️This sciatica has been an ordeal because of a herniated disc. I just got a nerve block on both sides. I start PT tomorrow for the same thing: atrophy and balance! Much love. KIT. G
