@nickelthepickel I think a 34c or smaller would be fine. I have a little room to spare in the chest area, more so at the under bust/band area than the bust itself. I also have very broad shoulders. But there is no stretch. If there is a specific measurement you want let me know. I could try taking it with the top completely open like I show it in one of the pics.
