Black/cream polka dots. Faux wrap top with short flutter sleeves and ruffle detail along neckline. Waist-flattering tie. Lined. Small button at v-neck to ensure closure. Pockets on both sides. Hidden zipper on side. Very gently used condition. Dry clean only. See last picture which shows a spot - can’t tell if it’s a print defect or what, but it did not come out in dry cleaning. Middle back of neck to hem is 32-33”. Really great dress. Laid flat: Waist 14”, chest approx 16.5. No stretch
