Navy blue lace button down party dress with built-in slip. Cotton blend with matching adjustable belt. Size 4; fabric has a little stretch to it but it's true to size. Laid flat dress measures 14" across waist; 46" length. Short sleeves have cuffs to match the collar. It buttons all the way down with what look like shell buttons. Dress was worn once and is in excellent condition with no stains, holes or tears in lace.
