Nanette Lepore Blouse

Ruffled collar, 3/4 sleeve that are slightly billowed, and overall flowy boho style blouse. Says size 12 on the tag but I’m honestly confused by this because I’m a small/medium and it’s only slightlyyyyy big on me. I’d say it fits like a medium.
