Nancy Heller vintage designer formal "duster" or day coat

Glamorous off-white with entire black inside layer. Slouchy "flapper" era style, but instead more recent vintage runway. Open like a duster but not quite maxi length. No closure. Goes well with my Valentino gown listing. Cuffs are tacked up in two spots. Meant to flow loosely. Soft rounded custom shoulder pads are between the inner black and outer white layers. Very good peowned condition, could use a dry cleaning to refresh. Small spot on sleeve; faint tan line lower back, and a few nearby slight lines from little pulls (last two photos). Designer's size "2", shown on XL mannequin, I estimate a vintage oversized L or XL but would fit a range of sizes. Pit to pit measured flat 23" back width between arm seams 26" waist measured flat 20.5" hip measured flat 24" length 49" sleeve from estimated shoulder per mannequin 26"
