discodiva You're right!! I found it. I sent a text to customer service asking them to please correct my rating to five stars. I explained to them I hit something while I was doing the rating and and could not get back into it to give it the full five star rating. I apologize and I hope they will fix this. Now, if they don't, please let me know. Keep me posted as to the final outcome. If I have to I will call them. I hope this helps.
