Lehenga has good amount of flare (approximately 8 meters and it is lightweight). It can be worn with a duptta like a choli. I purchased the lehenga and customized it from aza fashions. The size I got customized was from Indian large size so there can be room for extra stitches. It can fit US size small- medium. Price is negotiable
