They are vinyl nail wraps with a sparkling luster finish requiring heat to activate the sticky side and adhere to your nails. This is a full sheet of nail wraps that can get you 2 complete manicures AND pedicures! Each manicure lasts 7-14 days regardless of the damage you may put your hands through (like chemical exposure from swimming frequently this summer).
