@caterpillargirl hi! Yes the skirt runs a bit long on me because I’m petite 5.0” I’m usually a small
But I went off the measurements from the website and recommended s/m I’m a size 27 so if you are In Between sizes s/m would fit best! Unfortunately it didn’t work out for me because of my height. Hope this helps :)
