NY&Co Peach Skirt with side slit

In used condition, see photos for complete details. Has side slit for easier maneuvering, but it is slightly torn a little further than the slit, but not very noticeable. Inside part of lining is coming undone as pictured as well. Says New York & Company stretch, however this skirt doesn't have much stretch at all, just stating it before purchasing!
