NYCC Women's Skirt size XL

This is a pre-owned NYCC women's skirt in a size XL. This is in excellent, like new condition. The measurements of the waist is 39" and the length is 25". This is black with maroon, blue gray and green in it, pulls up and the material is a little stretchy.
