NYC boutique Black Mini Dress with fun sleeve!

Pookie and Sebastian was my favorite boutique on the upper East side of New York city when I live there. This dress is a classic little black dress with a little bit of style on the shoulder and back. The beaded and hand-painted detail makes this dress super unique and perfect for a fun night out. Can be worn as a mini dress with tights and boots, or with jeans as a tunic top. Soft flowing material makes it super comfortable and a satin tie at the waist is a nice touch. Size medium VM 👍🏻 cond.
