NYC White open shoulder romper

White open shoulder romper crochet top with ruffle. Size extra small. Stretchy material. He would need to wear a white undergarments it is thick but you will see lining from the bottom undergarments. At 5 foot one fits at about the ankle. Very flattering. Never worn with tag.
