The exterior vinyl is nearly flawless, with the handles being pristine. The heart vinyl fob, which says “Dogs Make Everything Better,” is a lovely pop of red against the bright yellow. And the Frenchie with the Statue of Liberty in its mouth was created by Marc Tetro, the artist behind this lively tote.
