ATELIER EVA DEVECSERY 💙🤍 gorgeous blue and white floral dress from a NYC dressmaker. High neckline and sleeveless style. Very flattering fit and has a belt-like closure at the back of the waist. Zips closed. Summery and beautiful! No marked size but probably fits a small or 4-6. Bust measures 34” and waist measures 27”.
