NY collection PM oatmeal open cardigan ruffles

Used once. very soft with ruffles at waist. No stains. But the seam at back neck has unraveled. Something that can easily be sewn together by crafty people. Dont remember if that was the style. Its bit snug fitting, more like PS to PM. Rayon.
