This is a pretty signed NY New York & Company necklace featuring two layers of blue and green acrylic beads on silvertone chains. She measures 22” inches at her shortest layer, plus a 3” inch extender. There is a metal NY brand tag near the lobster claw clasp. Very good pre-owned condition with light wear from use.
