It is 100% polyester. The lace top is 60%cotton/40% nylon, has two front pockets and buttons up with 2 round chrome colored buttons. The sleeves can be worn rolled up and secured with a buttoned tab or left down and buttoned with 2 buttons at the cuff. Only worn once and it is in like new condition. No stains or tears.
