NY & Co Navy/Teal Lace Overlay Blouse

Beautiful lace overlay blouse in a dark teal mixed with navy blue. Wore it once. Originally came with a skinny belt (it was patent leather), but I don't like belted shirts so I did away with the belt. The loops are still intact, so you could dress it up with your own belt -- not that this needs to be dressed up, it's pretty as it is! Don't be afraid to make me an offer!
