lworrall Sorry but the data on decorative fashion masks has been definitive for a long time — that these masks have negligible protection against COVID or any virus. So unless you just like to wear a mask as a fashion statement, it’s a waste of time to wear one for protection. The only sure bet is a N95, KN95, or medical grace mask underneath.

angidabartender @lworrall that is accurate but the part that you left out is that you have to be properly fitted for the medical grade masks to be effective. We are fitted every year at the hospital. Weight gain/loss, facial surgery/shape all affect the way the masks protect/don’t protect
