New with tags. UV Toddler boys rash Guard swim shirt with a whale motif. Although this is new it had a bit of a dust smudge on one small area of the white on the front of the shirt. It's just a bit of shop wear that will most likely wash out with the first wash but being new with tags I did not do that. Priced accordingly. Size 18 months
