New with Tags - Adorable and fun coverup dress from Vineyard Vines. This light and flowing chambray dress is accented by tassels at the hemline and off the shoulder style. It has straps and elastic at the bottom of the 3/4 sleeves. Note: This item is NWT but it appears the top stitching on one strap has unraveled.
