NWT-Old Navy Luxe Tunic w/Open Twist Sleeves

New with tags & unworn, this bright white short sleeved top is so soft and has a scoopneck cut & is tunic length (31"). It has a really cool detail on the sleeves, with a part open & twisted under to add a little something extra! I think it fits a little oversized. Would be great with leggings or skinny jeans, or tucked into anything! Excellent condition. Size XL from Old Navy.
