In new with sticker tag condition. But the condition of the shirt really does seem new. The front has the state of Indiana shape made up of words/phrases that matter to Colts fans. Off topic but I remember waking up one cold morning when I was in High School and watching the news before school and seeing Irsay and his Mayflower van take the Baltimore Colts to Indy.
