NWT*Breathtaking Libby style flared swing dress with bolero (women’s shirt open jacket). Made by Lindy Bop. This dress is sleeveless with non-adjustable shoulder straps measuring 2cm wide. Fitted & lined bodice with a key hole bust & tie detail. Shirred elastic back panel. Matching removable cropped bolero w/ cap sleeves. Woman’s U.S. size 18 or U.K. size 22. Shell: 97% cotton & 3% elastane. Lining: 90% polyester & 10% elastane. There is some stretch to the dress. Dress does run small.
