NWT Julie Brown Black Full Sequin Long Sleeve Sheath Dress Size Large

Excellent condition - new with tags. Please note, there is a small space on the shoulder were the sequins are pulling off (see photo). Very hard to see unless looking up-close. This dress looks like water one.
