NWT Jasmine Special Occasion Bridesmaid Blue Strapless Maxi dress sz 10

Perfect condition. This dress is from my friend's now closed bridal shop. It has been tried on but never worn. Colour says navy, but I'd say it's navy and royal blue mixed together? A lighter navy? Pictures of measurements are close to true color. Very beautiful blue.
