NWT Jade by Jasmine MoB dress sz 12

Jade by Jasmine special occasion dress. Make a statement at your next special occasion with this elegant gown. This Tiffany chiffon gown has a scoop neckline, A-line skirt and beautiful lace and beading on the bodice.  Cornflower blue is what I would call the color...label says indigo. Very unique! Sz 12, street size 10. Can be altered, but has not been altered in any way. This has never been worn, but has been tried on in my friend's now closed bridal shop. measurements in photos. pit to pit pulled tight is 19" waist (where jewel is) is about 16" top hem (in between busts) to floor is about 57" There is a spot on the inside. No idea what it is. Can't see it on outside.
