NWT-JBS LTD Woman pink polka dot dress

This dress is NWT. It is super decorative with the pink polka dots with a sheer black background. Under the dress is a solid black polyester lining. It has a couple of dots that have some black on them ( 8th pic hardly noticeable). It also sports shoulder pads!
