NWT-Halabaloo dress-size 12- purple-so cute!

This new with tag dress is by boutique brand Halabaloo. I have it in a size 12. It is purple (note first pic). It features ruffles of the same fabric in different design in front and nothing in back. It was hard to photograph and is so cute in person. Very soft! Love!
