This gorgeous dress is by Forever 21 and is brand new and never worn with tags attached. It has adjustable straps with a V style neckline and has a back zipper closure. The allover black lace is atop a solid black lining that ends at the above knee level. The black lace continues to below the knee for a see through look that ends at below the knee. It is size Large, measures 40” in length from the top of the shoulder straps to the bottom of the lace and 15.5” across from armpit to armpit when laid flat.
