pinksecretslv @angelaburgio hi there! Thank you for your patience! Material is 97.5% Polyester & 2.5% Spandex. Yes, there is some stretch to it. A size 18 would actually fall in between the 1x & 2x. Best thing to do is to take your measurements & compare with measurements in description.
