NWT-Black/White Floral Swing Shift Dress Tieback

Tag states this is a medium- but, it’s a big-medium. Would be fun to wear to a “garden party”!!! Plus, I have WAY too many dresses! I got this intending to wear it to the Salon I was working at- but it’s always so chilly, & as much as I LOVE my many black/white/gray fashion, I’ll never wear it anywhere!
