NWT - xs navy blue and lace sleeveless top

NWT - navy blue ikat design on lower portion with open weave lace on top. Has a border of navy and red and navy and gold along the arm holes and the seam at the bust. Button closure in the back. This is a junior’s too so seems to run a little smaller than most women’s xs.
