Pull on, wide elastic waist with cute tie feature with tied tassels on the ends of the ties, deep side pockets, very flowy, wide leg, nude or light tan, brand new with tags, a few threads are present but do not make a snag or hole in the fabric (shown in last pic) I didn’t want to pull them off, size XL by Simplee in perfect condition otherwise.
