NWT white Elie Tahari Channing dress

I found this beautiful white linen blend dress second-hand, but with the tags still attached. It’s first owner may have worn it once with the tags attached, because it has a small spot on the collar (see close-up photo) and very slight yellowing under the arm openings (also in photo). Approximately knee length. No belt, but thread loops for belt. Lightly ruffled collar and ruffles down front. Snaps for closure. Shoes listed separately.
