NWT western style leggings

These are brand new. I bought them at a little boutique in Tombstone AZ & never wore them. They fit like tights. They are stretchy, I wear a 30 waist & they fit me. They are thick with a sweatshirt type material inside. Lots of swirly type bling with rhinestones in a pretty pattern. Dark blue color. Wide pull on waist. Faux pockets. Waist flat 11 will go 15 easily. Rise 12 Inseam 26 No size on the leggings so I’m saying med.
