NWT west kei gauze maxi dress-size M

Adjustable straps; has elastics for hanging but has been stored folded. Has smocked waist; lined skirt. V-neck triangles overlap each other; first two pictures are stock picture. There is about a 2” area near bottom hem on seam that needs to be sewn and what looks like a pull on the dress (toward bottom-where it gathers and will hide) I only noticed when photographing not when purchased-too late to return-see last 2 pics-priced adjusted. About 46” from under arm to ground or 60” total
