NWT unworn Spirit Halloween Long Dangle Spike Rave Festival Bra

I purchased this item from Spirit Halloween a few years ago and have never worn it. Please note there are a few loose threads attaching some of the dangly spikes. Please let me know if you have any questions! I’m open to offers on this item. :)
