NWT ttnc Black Vintage Short Ruffled Jacket

I categorized this jacket as vintage because it from was from 2006 but was never worn and still has the tags on it and is more in style now than then! Jacket is soft and great quality fabric and sleeves a puffy with a band and are bracelet length. From armpit to armpit measures approximately 18”. Band above ruffle measures approximately 17”. Jacket does stretch quite a bit. Jacket is approximately 19” in length. This jacket would fit a medium well and not a large. Pristine condition.
