cmadden8 @christee88 hi! I can check tomorrow, I will be back home then. I don’t think they can be pushed up last I recall/ they seemed pretty fitted! And I can let you know the waist measurement as well :) thanks for your patience!

cmadden8 @christee88 hi! So the waist measurement is about 12 inches but it is elastic so once you stretch it out, I can go to about 15 inches. I was able to somewhat roll up the leg to make a Capri but it was a bit tight. There is some stretch to it but not a ton! Hope this helps, and thanks again for your patience!
