NWT skirt black and white squares

this is an adorable black and white plaid square skirt. It has 2 layers one is a skater skirt and the one underneath is like a pencil skirt. This adds a beautiful effect. Purchased in LA Not brandy just need to branch out :) asking for face value just because it's NWT :)
