Beautiful wine colored dress. Neckline is a V neck with a snap to secure it. There is a floral pattern embossed in the fabric. Has an attached belt at the waist. The waist has elastic in it, so some give. The flutter sleeves are sheer. There is a walking/ dancing slit in the skirt.
