NWT pink/get polkadot scarf from China

Is it brand new scarf that I purchased in China. I recently moved to Texas and have no use for scarves. It is a light pink and gray with white polkadots. It is somewhat of a lightweight scarf. It is super cute. It is in the style of Pashmina.
