NWT pink boutique cutout dress

Perfect condition! I bought this dress from a boutique for Vegas but didn’t have the opportunity to wear it. This dress is so beautiful and the material is so smooth. It’s sad to see it go. Size small, ties are adjustable, hanger straps still starched, lined underneath. Best for smaller chests (A/B sizes)
