Gorgeous sheer overlay material of black with red and pink flowers and solid black lining. Lovely ruffled detail in the front and black velvet ribbon belt that can be removed or worn in a bow. Flared skirt hits just below the knee. Pull-on, no zipper. XS but has room to fit a small also.
